2. Optical fiber active cabling device:

The base adopts integral casting structure to avoid vibration caused by high-speed rotation. The release disc clamping device is of shaftless thimble type. The clamping mechanism and the wire arrangement mechanism are designed separately, and the pneumatic clamping ensures that the optical fiber disk has no relative movement with the driving shaft during the fast operation. 3. Wiring tension synchronization controller:

5. Pressure coating system:
The pressure coating system includes ink coating head, temperature controller, storage tank, pressure and cleaning system
Structure: The ink coating head is installed on the adjustable support to ensure the correct alignment of the optical fiber. The coating head is heated through a heating rod. It is equipped with a fiber clamping solenoid valve and a rubber pad is added to the fiber clamping position to prevent the fiber clamping.
